So, I started to pyrograph in January 2012! I saw this awesome template and decided to take a look at my progress over the year.

In January I was burning dragons to learn with a brass point soldering iron. I upgraded to hot wire in late February and haven't changed my equipment since - though I do now make my own wires.

Very impressive. I hope to reach your level someday. I've been puttering around with pyrography for a few years, but haven't finished many projects. Your work gives me inspiration to keep at it!

Aww that is wonderful! I am glad my work helps you :) I have something on my desk at all times and burn something each day. I find it helps to have the project somewhere that I can see it to keep me connected to it - if that makes sense? :heart:

That's a good idea - I put my projects away recently when cleaning out my office and I haven't worked on it since. Out of sight out of mind so to speak. :-(
